# Competency Learning Kit Privacy Policy

Competency Learning Kit (CLK) is software that runs in your web browser, and
stores your data in your Google Drive (or in a shared Google Drive that you
select).

None of your data is ever sent to servers under CLK maintainers' control, nor
does it transit through any of our systems.

We neither own nor process your data, and therefore won't (and can't) sell it,
accidentally disclose it, retreive it, delete it, or otherwise access or
manipulate it.

And even if we could, we won't. Please reach out on the
[project issue tracker](https://github.com/jpawlicki/competency_learning_kit/issues)
with any concerns.
